Petros Stylianou as a self-employed entity established his own practise in October 2015. In May 2019 a company with the name Petros Stylianou & Associates L.L.C. was founded.

The Practice in its current form offers Quantity Surveying Services, Project Management, Facilities Management and Dispute Resolution on various construction projects. Our Specialised services include the distribution and customisation of the CostOS estimating and bills of quantities preparation software to suit both Consulting and Construction firms. Petros Stylianou & Associates L.L.C. is also affiliated with SH Soil Engineering Ltd a company focusing in geotechnical investigations and distribution of Controls equipment in Cyprus. Controls is the world's leading manufacturer of construction materials testing equipment.

Our Practise comprises of five employees- three quantity surveyors, a civil engineer and an office administrator/ private assistant. The Practise also collaborates with external consultants when needed, especially when special knowledge is required for a particular project. Petros Stylianou is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and the practice abides by the Rules of Conduct of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The core values of our Practise are professionalism, impartiality, client satisfaction, confidentiality. These are primarily achieved through continuous commitment of our employees to deliver the projects on time and to our clients’ satisfaction.

At present, our firm is involved in the implementation (pre- and post-contract stage) of construction projects in Cyprus in excess of € 55.000.000,00 in value.
