Petros holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and has Masters of Business Administration from the University of Salford in Manchester. He is the founder and Managing Director of Petros Stylianou+ Associates L.L.C. and SH Soil Engineering Ltd.
Petros has over 25 years of work experience in the construction industry and has extensive experience in the contracts administration of major civil and building engineering projects.
He is a visiting lecturer at the Neapolis University of Pafos where he lectures Construction Economics to real estate undergraduate students since 2013.
He served as the Chairman of the RICS Cyprus Board for two consecutive terms between 2009-2015. He is also a trained Assessor of the RICS Assessment Panels serving as a Chairman in most of the times in assessments carried out both in Cyprus and Greece in the pathways of Quantity Surveying and Construction and Project Management.
Angelos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is currently at the final stage of obtaining his APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) to become a qualified as a Chartered Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
George holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic of East London and has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering Structures from the City University in London. He has a wide experience as a site Engineer for building and civil engineering projects both in Cyprus and internationally. Currently involved in the preparation of tender documentation and post-contract monitoring of various building and civil engineering projects.
Marios holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from Frederick University in Cyprus. He is involved in the preparation of the tender documentation of various projects, mainly building engineering including Bills of Quantities. He is also responsible for the post-contract monitoring of various residential buildings up to the final account stage.
Maria is the Personal Assistant of Petros Stylianou and the office administrator responsible for the proper execution of the various tasks supporting the daily operations of our office. She has a wide experience of office administration and worked for major local and international firms.
